The launch reflects a broader push within the trade to improve forecasting accuracy. By basing decisions on actual sell-in figures rather than projections, brands and their supply chain partners can better align production and inventory plans with real market conditions.
The partnership brings together ECI's industry representation with Sporting Insights' expertise in sports data collection and analysis. The platform's quarterly cadence is expected to give stakeholders a regular, consistent benchmark for assessing European market performance.
