Kuga Sports has been appointed exclusive UK distributor for Allen Bike Racks, according to BikeBiz. The US brand, established over five decades ago, will now reach UK retailers and consumers through Kuga's dedicated distribution network.
Allen Bike Racks' product line includes boot-mounted, towbar-mounted and specialist racks designed for road and mountain bikes. The agreement covers the full UK market, giving dealers a single source for the brand's range.
The move brings a long-established US transport accessory brand into the UK via a specialist distributor. Kuga Sports will handle logistics and dealer supply, which may simplify ordering for UK bike shops.
For UK dealers, this appointment creates a new stocking option for bike racks from a brand with a lengthy history. Availability through a dedicated distributor could reduce lead times compared to direct import.
